1218384 - Prompting for logon info when connecting to a Universe in Crystal Reports XI

Symptom

In Crystal Reports XI, when connecting to a universe you are prompted for logon information. Users should not need to provide logon information as an administrator should have provided it already.

Cause

This known issue has been assigned Track ID ADAPT00327440.

Resolution

Hot Fixes or Service Packs address this issue as indicated below. With the update(s), this is now resolved.

Unless indicated otherwise, Weekly Hot Fix updates from the FTP site have only been tested with English versions of our products.
