1218366 - Error: "Failed to retrieve data from the database" adding MySQL JDBC table

In Crystal Reports XI, when adding a MySQL JDBC table that contains unsigned numeric fields (fields with the following data types: bigint, int, mediumint, smallint, tinyint) to a report, the following error message appears:

"Failed to retrieve data from the database"

This known issue has been assigned Track ID ADAPT00362101.

Hot Fixes or Service Packs address this issue as indicated below. With the update(s), this is now resolved.

Unless indicated otherwise, Weekly Hot Fix updates from the FTP site have only been tested with English versions of our products.
