In Crystal Reports 10, when you click Database > Verify Database or export a report to an Excel file, the following error message appears:
"Detail: Failed to load database information the database crdbodbc.dll could not be loaded."
Resolution
In order to resolve this issue, manually uninstall Crystal Reports 10 by following the directions in Note 1216945.
