1470403 - Where to Find Employee's Leave Overview

Symptom

This KBA explains how to access the leave overview of an employee, which includes information such as planned leaves, leaves taken, balance leaves, entitled days of holiday, and requested leaves, among others.

Resolution

There are two ways to get the vacation overview:

1. To view details of single employee:

  1. Go to work center Time Administration.
  2. Select view Employees.
  3. Select an Employee.
  4. Select Edit.
  5. In popup window, select tab Time Account Balances.

Here you are able to find Balance leaves, Leaves taken, Planned leaves and Entitlement of an employee.

2. To view details of all employees:

  1. Go to work center Time Administration.
  2. Select view Reports.
  3. Select the report Time Accounts. A new screen pops up.  
  4. In the report, move Employee from Free Characteristics to either Columns or Rows.

    Now you are able to find Balance leaves, Leaves taken and Planned leaves of all employees.
