3388890 - SAP Business ByDesign 2308 Hotfix Collection 3 Information

Following is the list of fixes* delivered with the Hotfix collection 3 performed in 2308 release of SAP Business ByDesign.

The Hotfix collection is planned to be deployed to tenants during the respective planned maintenance window on/after the 14^th of October 2023. Please check the planned maintenance downtime window of your tenant from the Service Control Center.

Cross Basic Functions

• The issue with incorrect sorting of line items in the Sales Kit item list tab is now fixed. (Hotfix ID: 4500022821)

Financial Management

Due Item Processing

• When sending balance confirmation emails, the customized text was not working. The issue is now fixed. (Hotfix ID: 4500022321)
• In the Item Details view of Customer Accounts, the issue with the calculation of due date for custom payment terms is now fixed. This fix has already been delivered as a patch. (Hotfix ID: 4500020415. This fix has already been delivered as a patch.)

Payables

• The “Document Amount in Transaction Currency” column in customer account monitor now displays amount without the currency description for better readability. (Hotfix ID: 4500018856)

Payment Management

• You can now select the MT940FR format option in the Import Format list in the incoming bank statement. (Hotfix ID: 1000024495. This fix has already been delivered as a patch.)

Cash and Liquidity Management

• When selecting items during the posting of bank statement, the selected check boxes were not always visible on the screen. This issue is now fixed. (Hotfix ID: 4500020124. This fix has already been delivered as a patch.)

Tax Declaration

• For Israel, you can now use the new field “Allocation Number” available in customer and supplier invoices. This field also appears in the VAT Return-PCN874 tax return file. To use this field, you need to first scope the e-invoice functionality with the 'Do you want to enable e-invoicing for Israel?' question. (Hotfix ID: 4500022042)

Travel and Expense Management

• For Belgium, the statutory rates for mileage have been updated to comply with the legal regulations from July 01, 2023. (Hotfix ID: 4500018435)

Project Processing

• The errors that were occurring while searching for material (using Advanced Search) on Project Stock Order Items overview page are now fixed. (Hotfix ID: 4500019364)

Supplier Relationship Management

Cross Country Extensions

• For Italy, users were unable to post the Supplier Invoices for companies that has ID starting with “0.” This issue is now fixed. (Hotfix ID: 4500021911)

Purchase Order

• The issue with unauthorized access to purchase orders by other users is now fixed. (Hotfix ID: 4500022053)

Purchase Requests and Orders

• Whenever there is a change to price in the Purchase Order acknowledgement, an approval is now triggered based on approval conditions. (Hotfix ID: 4500022422)
