3323729 - Output History Tab is Missing for Purchase Order

You expected to be able to access the Output History tab in the Purchase Order.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Purchase Requests and Orders work center.
2. Go to Purchase Orders view.
3. Search for ABC (ABC is the Purchase Order's ID).
4. Click in Edit button.
5. You are unable to navigate to Output History tab, because there is no Output History tab.

Purchase Order ABC is currently in 'In Approval' status or in "In Preparation" status. If you navigate to Changes tab, you can see that the document didn't go through Sent status yet.

For each case:

• In Preparation status: once the Purchase order is ordered, the Output History tab will be showing for this document.
• In Approval status: once the Purchase order is approved, the Output History tab will be showing for this document.
