3262684 - Service Performer is not Determined in the Service Order

Service Performer is not determined in the Service Order eventhough the Service Performer - Service is maintained in the Account master data.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Business Configuration -> Overview
2. Open fine tuning activity "Involved Parties for Service Quotes" / "Involved Parties for Service Orders". 
3. Select Service Performer and click Maintain Determination
4. Step 10 -> Direct responsible of Account is Active. 
5. Go to Account management -> Accounts.
6. Edit the Account ABC. (ABC represents the account ID)
7. Navigate to Contacts -> Responsibilities. 
8. Service Performer - Service is maintained.

1. Go to Service Orders -> New Service Order. 
2. Enter Account ABC. 
3. Service Performer is not assigned.   

Service Performer is determined based on the Ship-To location of the account.

1. Go to Account management -> Accounts
2. Edit the account ABC. 
3. Navigate to Contacts -> Relationships tab
4. Has Ship-To Party is maintained as XYZ (XYZ represents the Ship-to party ID)
5. Edit the account XYZ
6. Navigate to Contacts -> Responsibilities. 
7. Service Performer - Service is not maintained. 

You need to maintain the Service Performer - Service in the Ship-To location of the account.
