Symptom
- You would like to know how to create custom queries found in the Tickets List
- This KBA will walk you through the steps needed to start the process
Environment
- SAP Cloud for Customer
- SAP Cloud for Service
Reproducing the Issue
- Go to Services -> Tickets
- At the top-left there are Ticket Queries, such as "My Tickets", "All Tickets" etc, but you would like to create a custom query

Resolution
- Go to "Services" > "Tickets" and click the Filter icon to invoke the Advance Search option
- Enter the parameters for the new query, and perform the search
- If you cannot find the desired filter, then check KBA 3200407
- If the attribute is a default one, it can be added
- Once the results are what is expected, select "Save Query As"
- In the popup box, you can give the query a name, and opt to make it your default query
- Select Save. A new query is created, and it appears in your default selection drop down list
