3200388 - How to add custom queries to the Tickets List

Symptom

  • You would like to know how to create custom queries found in the Tickets List
  • This KBA will walk you through the steps needed to start the process

Environment

  • SAP Cloud for Customer
  • SAP Cloud for Service

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Services -> Tickets
  2. At the top-left there are Ticket Queries, such as "My Tickets", "All Tickets" etc, but you would like to create a custom query

Resolution

  1. Go to "Services" > "Tickets" and click the Filter icon to invoke the Advance Search option
  2. Enter the parameters for the new query, and perform the search
    • If you cannot find the desired filter, then check KBA 3200407
    • If the attribute is a default one, it can be added
  3. Once the results are what is expected, select "Save Query As"
  4. In the popup box, you can give the query a name, and opt to make it your default query
  5. Select Save. A new query is created, and it appears in your default selection drop down list
