Symptom

Error "Time Frame not valid" occurs in the Migration of Open Sales Orders.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. You want to migrate the sales order with “To Be Scheduled Item” tab and “Recurrence Detailes” tab filled.
  2. Error "Time Frame not valid“ occurs.
  3. If you delete item from “To Be Scheduled Item” and “Recurrence Detailes”, no error occurs.

Cause

"Recurrence ID" field has to be in sequence and incremented by 1.

You need to maintain Recurrence ID in order like 1,2,3...

"End By" field should be filled as 1 or 2

1 (Date)

2 (Occurrence)

 

"Recurrence Pattern" field should be like: 4, 5, 6, 7

4 (Daily)

5 (Weekly)

6 (Monthly)

7 (Yearly)

 

In "Monthly Pattern", the "FirstDay/LastDay" field should be filled as 1 or 2

1 (First day)

2 (Last day)

 

The specific day should be maintained in the "On" field as the number from 1 to 31

Resolution

This is the current system behavior.
