3164768 - While using a CTI Embedded Widget in C4C, users are not able to logon to said Widget

Symptom

  • Customer is using Live Activity Integrations using CTI providers such as SAP Contact Center, Sinch, Avaya, etc
  • Such CTI provides the Widget Type with the option to logon to said Widget
  • Users are unable to logon to the Widget since it appears to be blocked
  • User is unable to enter any values in the fields, which prevents them from logon
  • The problem does not happen if the widget is launch in stand-alone (outside of the C4C integration)
  • Widget XYZ refused to connect (where XYZ is the name of the CTI provider)
