Intelligent Sales Execution (Submission of forecasts)
The new feature "View forecast figures submitted from your sales reps by sales unit" does not work.
Environment
SAP Cloud for Cusotmer
Cause
This feature is only available for a sales unit based hierarchy and not for territory based hierarchy.
Resolution
If sales unit is selected in the ISE administration, then it will be possible for users to login with an employee in a sales unit and maintain forecasts.
This forecast will also be visible when the manager of a sales unit logs in.
