3146505 - Error When Creating New Quote via Microsoft Excel

You are facing an error message when you are trying to create a New Quote using the Microsoft Excel template.

SAP Business ByDesign

In this example, we will use Sales Quote as the document being created.

1. Go to the New Business work center.
2. Select the Sales Quotes view.
3. Click the New button.
4. Select Sales Quote from Microsoft Excel.
5. Fill the template with the expected data.
6. Send the Excel file.
7. After some minutes, the system returns the 500 error.

The number of lines within the template exceeds the recommended threshold of 200 line in a sales document for performance reasons.

This is the system expected behavior.
