3123961 - Job Requisitions Are Not Getting Fully Approved in Route Map - Recruiting Management

• Job Requisitions are not getting fully approved in the Route Map.
• Job Requisitions are appearing stuck in the last step of the route map.
• Job Requisitions cannot be sent to the next step via OData API. Route map steps are getting skipped and stuck in the Completed step.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. The Pending Approval Job Requisitions are being moved or approved via "Route Form/Route Document" tool, which isn't a supported tool for Recruiting module.
2. The Pending Approval Job Requisitions are being moved via the function import "sendToNextStep".

The job requisition form data is corrupted due to improper handling. Please delete and re-create the job requisition (KBA 2315737 - Mass delete job requisitions).

To prevent the issue, please note the followings:

Routing Recruiting Forms

The "Route Form/Document" tool is not supported and it should not be used to modify or approve Pending Approval Job Requisitions. Using this feature can corrupt the forms.

Please make sure to use the Reassign Job Requisitions tool instead: 2103300 - Reassign Job Requisition - Recruiting Management.

Note: If the current step is a User (U) step, it is not possible to reassign the job requisition.

OData API Function Import

Please use the function import "sendJobReqToNextStep" instead: 2725266 - Send Job Requisition to next step in route map via Odata API - sendJobReqToNextStep
