3109653 - Recruiting Posting Integrations with Glassdoor are no longer functional

Since October 19th 2021, Recruiting Posting Integrations with Glassdoor are no longer functional.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Posting

SAP SuccessFactors was recently advised that Glassdoor has been acquired by the Indeed group, with those two job boards now merged on the Indeed side. Following this acquisition, if you post to Indeed, your job can also be additionally posted to Glassdoor.

However, the technical integration of Glassdoor to ATS has now been deprecated by Indeed and as a result, the Glassdoor integrations (Sponsored and Organic) to Recruiting Posting are now no longer functional. 

As a result and to best assist you, the SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Product team is working hand in hand with Indeed at this time to build an integration that will allow recruiters to post their jobs to Indeed, and hence though to Glassdoor.

• Of note, for Glassdoor Organic recruiters will be required to post all their live jobs to Indeed organic feed in order for the jobs not to lose visibility. This integration with Indeed organic feed is not yet available. For the latest, please follow the integration release within Recruiting Posting monthly release notes.
• Of note, for Glassdoor Sponsored recruiters will be required to post all their live jobs to Indeed (Sponsored). This integration with Indeed (Sponsored) is already available, but some additional requirements will be needed to enable the Glassdoor (Sponsored) integration.
