Since Cloud for Customer release 2108 we have the MS Teams Integration available. Here you can find some common questions about it.

FAQ:

  1. On saving the appointment the Launch Team Meeting button is not enabled.

    Once you click on save appointment, it will sync the meeting to MS Teams which will take few seconds. If the link is not enabled automatically just refresh the browser, or close and open again the appointment.

  2. The contact added to the appointment does not automatically get added as an Attendee. It's needed to add the contact twice – once in the appointment header and again as an attendee.

    As of now we are sending mails to attendees only.

  3. When creating an appointment in C4C it replicates to MS Teams and Outlook. However, when canceling that meeting from Teams or Outlook it does not change the status of the appointment in C4C to canceled.

    We are supporting this action using Groupware Server Side Integration (Outlook iCRM plug-in).

  4. After the meeting is completed the appointment in C4C not set the status of the appointment to Complete.

    Currently this feature is not available. We are looking into this item and try to implement this at the earliest.

  5. After the meeting is completed the recording is not available in the C4C Appointment.
