3098988 - System slowdown in Equipment Resources When Dealing With Shift Program

When you try to open the Capacity and Scheduling tab on an existing Equipment Resource the system is stuck on loading view.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to the Work centre Supply Chain Design Master Data.

2. Select the Resources view.

3. Select the Equipment Resource.

4. Click the Edit button.

5. Go to the Capacity and Scheduling tab.

>> It takes some minutes for the data to load.

This performance issue is linked to a missing entry in the resource's Shift Program assigned.

When the field Recur Every_____week(s) on is left blank, the processing time to open the Capacity and Scheduling is significantly increased.

You need to maintain a value for the Recur Every_____week(s) field under the Recurrence tab of the respective Shift Program.
