3091179 - Concur Expense Report Error: General ledger account alias does not exist

Report Key AAA has Posting Failed status in General Ledger - Expense Reports work center view due to error:

'General ledger account alias BBB does not exist'

AAA means the Report Key.

BBB means the G/L Account ID.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to the General Ledger work center.
2. Go to the Expense Reports view.
3. Find Report Key AAA with Posting Failed status.
4. Notice the error message:

'General ledger account alias BBB does not exist'

In the JSON, on "journalAccountCode" you have entered the G/L Account BBB instead of respective G/L Account Alias (Account Determination Group).

Enter the G/L Account Alias ( the account determination group that G/L account BBB is assigned to in fine tuning) in the JSON file.
