3056990 - Job Role Tag File is not Getting Uploaded - Recruiting Management

• When importing Job Role Tags, the file is not getting uploaded and the user receives an email notification saying that zero records were processed.
• When doing a Job Role Tag import, the page reloads but the file is not uplodaded. The user who receives an email that mentions that zero records were processed.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Go to Import Job Role Tags
2. Import the csv file
3. User is being redirected to another page 
4. Email notification received says zero records processed
5. The role tags have not been imported

There could be a few possible causes. The ones we have identified so far are:

• Missing translations for Families and Roles for which the user is trying to import the tags.
• The Family associated to the role is inactive

For Cause 1:

Ensure that all Families and Roles names have a translation.

1. Go to Manage Job Profile Content
2. Select "Set Up Families and Roles"
3. In the "Families" page click on the Family name to open the record
4. Click on the translation icon beside the Family name 
5. If one or more translations are missing, add the translations
6. Save the changes
7. Repeat again for all the Families for which the user is trying to import the tags.
8. Click on "Roles"
9. Click on the Role name to open the record
10. Click on the translation icon beside the Role name 
11. If one or more translations are missing, add the translations
12. Save the changes

For Cause 2:

Ideally when a Family is made inactive via Manage Data, Roles associated to the Family are also made inactive by the system. When the role is still active post this action, it possibly was been made Active manually via Manage Data.

So, to fix the issue, it will be required to either activate the Family or to inactivate Roles mapped to the inactive Family.
