3015430 - Wrong Form template is Picked

A form template rule was set up, but the form is not picked correctly.

SAP Business By Design

1. Go to the Application and User Management work center.
2. Go to Form Template Selection and set a rule i.e. for Sales Quotes. For example the template is "SAP Sales Quote"

If you preview any Sales quotes - still the Form "Sales Quote" is picked and not as expected the "SAP Sales Quote"

There are two ways of maintaining form template rules: 

a) Via the form template rules

b) On Account Level

For setup on account Level, go to the Accounts work centre view.

Edit any Account and click View all. Navigate to the communication tab sub tab collaborations. Here you can maintain a template of your desire and it will overrule the form template rules.

Maintain the correct template on account level or remove any form template from the account level and the form template rules will work.
