3010060 - Visits for Individual Customers from Individual Customer TI

Steps to create a visit from the Individual Customer TI.

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Go to the Customers work centre.
2. Go to the Individual Customers view.
3. Open any.
4. Click the '+' button to create a related object.

RESULT: there is no option available to create a visit directly here. 

New visits for the Individual Customer can be added from the visit facet in the TI.

1. Go to the Customers work centre.
2. Go to the Individual Customers view.
3. Open any.
4. Go to the Visits facet (the facet can be set as visible via Adaptation by the administrator/ key user).
5. Click 'New'. 

Result: you can create visits directly for the Individual Customer from the Visit facet on the Individual Customer TI.
