This article will explain how to add a Dynamic Group to a set of permissions via Manage Templates.

NOTE: It is very important to keep in mind this tool is extremely powerful. Modifications made to templates can have a direct impact on candidate experience, integrations, custom integrations, etc. Change should only be made by a qualified individual that is familiar with the configuration. 

First, you need to have a Dynamic Group already created. On how to create a Dynamic Group and other information, please refer to the article - 2088248 - The My Groups Feature in SuccessFactors

Go to a Dynamic Group to a set of permissions, you can follow the next steps:

1. On Admin Center > Manage Templates;
2. Recruiting Management tab > Candidate Profile;
3. Open the template;
4. Field Permissions;
   
5. Field Permissions again;
   
   
6. Add Field Permission button;
7. A new box of permission will appear and you will define the settings:
   
   
   
   Description (Optional): Enter the permission description.
   Type: Write (Dynamic Groups for Candidate Profile are intended to have editable permission).
   Group Name: Select the created group.
   Countries/Regions: All.
   Source: ANY.
   Fields: You can either select "All" or "Selected" to define specific fields only.
   Background Elements: You can also add Background Elements.
8. Done;
9. Save and publish the changes;
