When looking at your Job Profile export file, you may spot some records with subModule set to "RCM".

Note that this is to show that the object in question is a copy of an existing Job Profile, created for the sole purpose of a Job Requisition (that can happen to all the JPB objects, not only Job Profiles).

Being so, all the Job Profiles flagged with subModule RCM will not display under Manage Job Profiles, as they are only used specifically in Job Requisitions. As a best practice, if an object has subModule RCM, leave it as it is, and if it is blank, leave it as blank. Never change the subModule of an existing object, as this may break your JPB Data and cause inconsistencies that are time-consuming to fix, as well as possible data loss.

When looking at your Job Profile export file, you may also notice that the Job Profiles with subModule set to "RCM" have a Job Template GUID that can not be found in Manage Job Profile Templates. That is because as this record is a copy of an existing Job Profile, its template will also be copied and duplicated, generating a new and unique Job Template GUID, which will not be seen in Manage Job Profile Templates.
