2989457 - Active Offer Detail Template Missing From the Dropdown Options - Recruiting Management

Offer Detail template is active and the user has RBP permission for the same but when creating an Offer Approval, the template is missing from the picklist.

1. In Recruiting, open a Job Requisition
2. Select a candidate on Offer Status
3. Take Action > Offer Approval
4. Open the picklist
5. Notice the missing template

The root cause of this behavior is a new validation that came in consideration with the b2011 release, which verifies if the template is enable under Form Template Settings. Please refer to the Resolution tab.

Until b2005 release, the system was not validating if the Offer Detail template was active under Form Template Settings, even being a requirement according to the Implementation Guide - Configuring Form Templates for Recruiting

"Template Status  - Set to Enable unless the requisition form is being retired."

As of now, with the b2011 release, if the template is not active under Form Template Settings as well, the user won't be able to use it.

To enable it, please follow the next steps:

1. Admin Center > Form Template Settings
2. Find the template in question
3. Turn on the template on the Template Status field
