Employment Details portlet Visible in the Add Contingent Worker page

1. Before 2H 2020: No employment details section in the Add Contingent Worker page.

          2. After 2H 2020: Employment Details section is added by default and it cannot be disabled.

• From 2H 2020, the employment details will be a hard coded section in the Add contingent worker wizard whether it is extended or not via BCUI and it cannot be disabled.
• This was part of an enhancement and this is an expected behaviour.
