Once Job Profile Builder is enabled in your system, the usage of Manage Data and/or Import and Export Data is not recommended for handling JPB objects.

Creating and managing these objects must be completely done via Manage Job Profile Content and Manage Job Profile Content Import/Export, as Manage Data and Import and Export Data do not respect all mandatory criteria that involve Families, Roles, Competencies, Skills, etc., management.

Therefore, we strongly encourage you to only use Manage Job Profile Content and Manage Job Profile Content Import/Export when dealing with such elements.
