• Unable to access Command Center.
• Command Center access was granted as per process and working then suddenly access seems to have been removed

Command Center Flash-based (old Command Center) application is no longer available for implementations and a new version of Command Center is available to replace the functionality of the old Command Center.

Important Information:

• Career Site Builder (CSB) contains a significant portion of required configuration, so that new customers can largely be implemented without Command Center access
• The new Command Center based on HTML5 and a new release of Career Site Builder (CSB) were released last December 22nd 2020.

Important Note:

Since December 22nd 2020 implementation partners must access the new Command Center for implementations, maintenance and go lives.

Lost access :
Any partner who did have access to Command Center and suddenly find themselves without will need to reapply as per above outlined Site Manager Access Request process via the Operations portal so their user can be recreated.
Please do not contact Support for such a request as user creations are not handled by the Support team.
