SAP SuccessFactors acquired Multiposting in 2015 and as of that date, it was integrated with SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting. We are undertaking efforts to further simplify how we market and deliver recruiting, as a single platform. As a result, the only way to use Multiposting effective end of year 2022 will be via integration, with SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting.

What does this mean for you?

• The standalone Multiposting solution will be fully phased out by the end of year 2022. This means that it will no longer be possible to use Recruiting Posting via:
  
  • An ATS other than SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting
  • An automated job import
  • The Standalone Multiposting application
• We are no longer supporting two editions; customer support for the Multiposting solution will be limited to how-to questions, effective now until end of year 2022.
• Subscriptions to the more robust, SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting solution can be evaluated and purchased to leverage our full Recruiting Suite. Upon licensing, customers will have the ability to leverage expanded functionality available exclusively, within this Recruiting version.

What are the next steps?

• If you are on auto-renewal and your term is to conclude between now and end of year 2020, it is our intention to provide an extension of your contract for the standalone Multiposting solution for a final one-year term. Should a final one-year renewal be in keeping with your business needs, no further action is needed at this time.
  
  • Alternatively, if you wish to upgrade to the SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting solution or conclude service at the end of your current contract term, we would request that you reach out to an account representative, so we can assist in a discussion of options and update your contract to reflect the change.

What is the calendar of these deprecations ?

Milestone	Date	Definition
End of Development	April 15, 2022	The deprecation milestone after which SAP stops enhancing a product or part of a product. You can continue to use the software, but you should begin planning for a time when it will no longer be available for use. We still fix high-priority bugs.
End of Maintenance	April 15, 2022	The deprecation milestone after which SAP does not fix bugs or deliver patches for the software. SAP continues to answer your how-to questions. We strongly encourage you to adopt an alternative method for your business scenario.
Deleted	December 31, 2022	The deprecation milestone when a feature is no longer available for productive use. You should now be using an alternative method for your business scenario.

Please note that there is no possibility to extract and transmit you any data (job postings, users, configuration, etc.). Once the contract is terminated, a deletion request is sent to all actives postings on job boards.

Important Note : This deprecations doesn't apply to SuccessFactors Customers, it only apply to legacy Recruiting Posting customers using other integrations than the SuccessFactors one.
