2943097 - [COVID-19] Data keys to report when I-9 Physical Inspection is completed - Onboarding 1.0

Based on the new COVID work queues made available in customer instances using the I-9 feature, customers need to understand what data keys were used to tell what date the I-9 verification was completed.

The following data keys were used in the COVID-19 Physical Inspection Process:

1. I9_Covid19_PhysicalInspection - Flag indicating COVID-19 related deferred physical inspection of documents
2. Covid19PhysicalInspectionCheckbox - Flag indicating physical document inspection is completed
3. Covid19PhysicalInspectionDate  - Date of physical document inspection

Customers may use the following keys to report on when the I-9 verification and physical inspection were completed.
