When enabling the spaces and pages feature of Fiori launchpad, you are unable to find the application Manage Launchpad Pages.

The Business Catalog SAP_CORE_BC_UI_FLD is new to the administrator role, and the change to the role is not applied.

In the application Manage Business Roles, a comparison must be performed on the role SAP_BR_ADMINISTRATOR so that the new business catalog SAP_CORE_BC_UI_FLD will be included.

Otherwise:

You need to add the new business catalog SAP_CORE_BC_UI_FLD to your Administrator role.
