2920650 - Employee Appears in Resource Profile View, but not in Resource Search View of Resource Management Work Center

You don't know why you can find a certain employee in Resource Management work center > Resource Profiles view, but not in Resource Search view.

1. Go to Resource Management work center
2. Click on Resource Profiles view
3. Search for the relevant employee
4. Go to Resource Search view
5. Search for the relevant employee
6. No Records Found

The employee is assigned to a job that is excluded. This can be verified in Resource Management > Common Tasks > Determine Relevant Resources. In Resource Search, the employees assigned to excluded job will not be displayed.

If you wish that the employee is available in Resource Search, you will need to include the job.
