2919441 - You are Not Able to Cancel the Release of a Price List or Discount List

You are not able to cancel the release of a Price List or Discount List. After some time the system crashes.

We will use the example of a Price List:

1. Go to the Product and Service Portfolio work center.
2. Select the Price Lists view. 
3. Select the respective Price List. 
4. Click on the Release button and select the Cancel Release option

The system loads for a long time but does not cancel the release and finally crashes.

The issue occurs because there are more than 10000 items in the price lists.

For optimum performance, the number of line items in a price list are best limited to around 10000 or lesser.

 To prevent the same issue to happen in the future, kindly try to reduce the number of line items in the Price-list and limit it to a number lesser than 10000.

To cancel the release of this particular Price List please create an incident with the approval to cancel the release of the Price List on SAP side.
