2916559 - How to Cancel /return Goods and Activity Confirmation Document Created Against Project

 You want to know how to cancel/return Goods and Activity Confirmation document which is created against Project

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Internal Logistics Workcenter.
2. Go to Common Tasks View.
3. Choose Consumption for Project subview.
4. In the open guided activity, choose posting type as Goods issue.
5. Enter all the required details and complete the guided activity.

Since these are adhoc Goods and Activity Confirmation Documents Created Against Project,  You can either cancel or return.

To cancel/reverse:

1. Go to Internal Logistics Workcenter.
2. Go to Common Tasks View.
3. Choose Display/Reverse Goods and Activity Confirmation subview.
4. Enter required Goods and Activity Confirmation ID.
5. Click on Reverse Confirmation  button.

 To return:

1. Go to Internal Logistics Workcenter.
2. Go to Common Tasks View.
3. Choose Consumption for Project subview.
4. In the open guided activity, choose posting type as Goods Return.
5. Enter all the required details and complete the guided activity.
