2911304 - New Admin UI - User Entity Fields no longer editable

• As of the b2005 (First Half 2020) release, a new Learning Administration User Interface is available, many changes have occurred to entities in the product.
• This KBA lists down the User Entity fields that are no longer editable along with the scenarios of why the fields cannot be modified.
  Admin may see below message on User Entity.
  "Certain fields on the page are read-only because they contain HR data and should be maintained in your core HR system of record. If you wish to make updates to these fields, please do so in the SuccessFactors core HXM application. As an alternative, you can use the Learning data import tool to make these updates"
