This SAP Knowledge Base Article lists and defines 3 custom reports available in Manage Recruiting Posting.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Posting

The following 3 custom reports can be set up in Manage Recruiting Posting > Reports:

Job Posting Report

• This report displays a list of all posted jobs (posted by recruiters not necessarily transmitted to job boards) for an entity and its corresponding posting profiles during a given period on the previously selected set of job boards. It is available in Excel format.
• Default columns: Reference, Job title, Entity, Posting Profile, First Name, Last Name, Job Board Name, Publication Date, End Date
• Additional columns that can be added to the report: Customer, Job Posting ID, Username, CVs, Clicks, Job Board ID, Number of remaining days, Posting ID

Job Status Report

• This report displays a list of all jobs and their status for an entity and its corresponding posting profiles during a given period on the previously selected set of job boards. It is available in Excel format.
• Default columns: Job Board Name, Job Title, Reference, Status, Information, Parent Entity, Posting Profile, First Name, Last Name, Publication Date, End Date, Days Before Expiration, Country/Region, Location
• Additional columns that can be added to the report: CVs, Clicks, Customer, Job Posting ID, Posting ID, Username

Job Board Credits Report

• This report displays remaining Job board credits based on your declarations in the job board settings (My job boards).
