2893370 - How to submit a new Forum Question for HCM Q&A in the SAP Community

This KB Article intends to explain how to raise a Forum Question for HCM Q&A products in the SAP Community.

SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite

SAP SuccessFactors, Human Capital Management (HCM) and Sales Performance Management (SPM) were migrated to SAP Community under Human Capital Management (HCM) area.

Within the HCM area, SAP Community members can find a great mix of searchable Q&A and blog posts, plus information on product updates, patches and other resources. Here are some direct links to these pages.

All new question and answer activity is housed Human Capital Management (HCM) Q&A, where they are public and searchable.

Note: Before raising a topic, make sure the information or question has not already been submitted by another User by using the Search Tool.

You can also go to the SAP SuccessFactors Customer Corner and search for archived forum posts from old SuccessFactors Community. An SAP User Account (S-user ID) is required for access.

How to ask a new question

1. Go to Human Capital Management (HCM) Q&A;
2. On "Ask a Question", write a subject for your post and click to Continue;
   
   
   
   
3. Create an account in case you don't have yet;
4. Fill the body detailing your question. You can use # to link a Product and @ to link a member;
   
   
   
   
5. Let the checkbox below marked if you want to be emailed once someone replies;
   
   
   
   
6. Fill the SAP Managed Tag with the product associated to your question. Start typing to search and click on the product;
   
   
   
   
7. You can add labels (start typing to search) and tags to your question to make it easier to find topics related to it. Use commas to separate labels;
   
   
   
   
   
   
8. Click on Post.
   
   

All the questions with a SAP Managed Tag linked to it will be listed in the Q&A link found in the Product page.
