2890120 - Pricing Status Field Missing/ Grayed Out In Adaptation For Sales Quotes

The Pricing Status field is grayed out in Adaptation mode despite being marked 'visible' and is not showing on sales quotes.

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Go to the Sales work center.
2. Go to the Sales Quotes view.
3. Open any sales quote.
4. Click the user dropdown menu and select 'Start Adaptation'.

The Pricing Status field is not visible in the TI and also grayed out in Adaptation and cannot be added despite being marked as visible.

The Pricing Status field visibility is dependent on the Sales Quote document type.

The Pricing Status is only shown for quotes with - external - pricing.

Create an external sales quote to have the field available.
