2870595 - Configure Columns for the Manage Pending Hires not working for offer approval field mappings

When using Configure Columns for the Manage Pending Hires, all fields are mapping correctly, except those fields referencing the offer approval template as the entity-type in the transformation template.

The error shown is "The selected fields cannot be used for this column. Refer to documentation for the correct Candidate Fields to use."

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Navigate to Admin Center > Configure Columns for the Manage Pending Hires
2. Add the mapping for the field which you have already mapped from the offer approval in the transformation template
3. Note the above error

If the field meets all of the validation criteria shown here, then it is possible that you have configured the entity in the transformation template as "offerLetter", when it should be "offerletter" (No uppercase "L").

If there is an uppercase "L", the mapping will fail.

 Change the entity-type from "offerLetter" to "offerletter" and try again.
