• Unable to receive system notifications in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
• How to receive system notification email, such as disruption and degradation notifications

• SAP Analytics Cloud (Enterprise)

• To receive system notifications in SAC there are two requirements:

1. Under the user profile, they must have made the option System Notifications checked under the Email Notifications section.
2. They must be either an Admin, the system owner, or in the list under System -> Administration-> Notifications.

• If either condition is not met, then the user will not receive System Notifications.
• Note the maximum number of recipients to system event notification emails list is 15.
