When creating a rule based on the SSN field, the field cannot be found.
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management
Cause
The SSN field has been removed as a supported Rule.
Resolution
Project Management have confirmed that the SSN field in recruiting is not support for the use in Rules. The SSN field is classified as PII (personally identifiable information) and was intentionally removed so that rules cannot be used to overrider the field.
The guide will be updated to remove SSN as a supported field type
