The user can't hire a candidate via Manage Pending Hires due to missing information coming from Recruiting.

If you have information from the Candidate Profile that you would like it to be sent to the Candidate Application - or vice versa, it is mandatory that such field has the same fieldID in both sides. If not, the synchronization will not occur and the Application will not have the information from the Candidate Profile.

Manage Pending Hire setup, in this case, that are configured to look to either the Candidate Profile or the Application, may not display the information you desire if the same piece of information is not present in it's source. The setting stated above must be considered in such cases as problems with the Candidate Profile / Application sync may affect MPH too. If you are using MPH and you notice that there is information missing for a field, please make sure that the fieldIDs are matching and the information is present in one field at least.
