Symptom
In the Job Requisition Listing Page, Foundation Objects and Generic Objects values, like Division, Department, Location, among others, are missing, despite the fact they are populated inside the Job Requisition.
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management
Reproducing the Issue
- Go to Recruiting, Job Requisitions tab
- Check in Display Options that the Objects are selected
- Notice that the values are missing
Cause
After creating the Foundation Objects and Generic Objects, they were not enable in Manage Recruiting Settings, under "Generic Object / Foundation Object (GO/FO) field types".
Resolution
You have the ability to enable or disable the standards Foundation Objects and Generic Objects in the Job Requisition Listing Page, therefore if you want to see the options, you can follow the next steps:
- In Admin Center > Manage Recruiting Settings
- Under "Generic Object / Foundation Object (GO/FO) field types", enable "Enable Generic Object / Foundation Object (GO/FO) field types"
- Select the Objects you want to enable
The options will control the visibility of the fields in the following scenarios:
- Display options
- Filter options
- Manage recruiting e-mail template
- Manage offer letter template tokens
Note that you still will have the non-Foundation Object and non-Generic Object fields such as Department, Division, and Location available in the Summary Dashboard. To disable these fields, you can follow the next steps:
- In Admin Center > Manage Recruiting Settings
- Under "Job Requisition", enable "Disable Department, Division, and Location filter options on Job Requisition Tab"
