2850708 - Unable to connect to datasource. Check the connection details and user credentials, and then try again error when exporting data to SAP S/4HANA from SAP Analytics Cloud

• When exporting data to SAP S/4HANA in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), you cannot get past the credentials window.

• SAP Analytics Cloud (Enterprise)

1. Log into SAC and open the model.
2. Select the Data Management tab > Export data > Export Data to SAP S/4HANA.
3. Select the connection and provide a user ID and password credentials.
4. The following errors appear in the network tab of the browser Developer Tools window:

• Incorrect / missing S/4HANA OData services configuration.

• Follow the documentation and activate the OData service in SAP S/4HANA gateway server.

• Export to the following source tables is supported (See Note 1 and Note 2 below):

• ACDOCP (plan data),

• FINSSKF (statistical key figures),

• ACCOSTRATE (activity cost rates).

• Export (writeback) to other tables or custom tables is not supported.
• Follow the instructions to configure the OData service in the SAP S/4HANA gateway system:
