2842755 - Label overrides in CSB Translations tool are not reflected on the site

Even though the labels for some of the resource keys have been populated with override text in the CSB Translations tool, these values are not reflected on the RMK site.

1. Open CSB configuration
2. Under Tools, open Translations tool
3. Select a Resource key which you believe matches the label on the site 
4. Populate Override text and confirm
5. Open the site and the labels are not updated accordingly as expected 

The label is actually configured within a component configuration and not in the Translations tool.

If your text it not replaced, it may be controlled by an element of the corresponding component so this should be checked.

For example, looking at the Subscribe Form Component:

The default Header Text is : "Join Our Talent Community" and this can be changed.

The Resource key which seemingly contains this label in the Translations tool is actually not the same so populating an override will not be reflected in the expected location on the site.

The system currently does not allow users to accurately identify Resource keys in the Translations tool. A matching label does not necessarily mean the key is the correct one as the same text could be used in many locations on the site. An enhanced search in this tool could be submitted as an enhancement request as per KBA 2090228 - How to Submit Enhancement Requests for SAP SuccessFactors Products.

As a result, care should be taken to check that a given text cannot be modified in its own component before attempting to use the Translations tool.
