Symptom

How to automatically enable or disable the "Enhanced Screen Reader Support" and "Enhanced Keyboard Navigation" switches in "Options >  Accessibility Settings" page for all users

Environment

 SAP Successfactors HCM Suite

Resolution

  1. Navigate to Admin CenterCompany System and Logo Settings;
  2. Search for "Enhanced screen reader support and keyboard navigation" checkbox;

3. Tick the checkbox to enable; untick to disable;

4. Save Company System Setting;

IMPORTANT NOTE: Users who have manually saved either of these settings themselves are not affected. Their personal settings take precedence. For additional information, access the Help Portal Channel.
