2835811 - Over-the-Counter Sales Outbound Delivery Status in Document Flow is "Not Started"

You have created Over-the-Counter Sales Outbound Delivery DEF and you could see the status in Document Flow is shown as "Not Started".*DEF refers to Over-the-Counter Sales Outbound Delivery id

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Over-the-Counter Sales Work Center
2. Navigate to Outbound Deliveries View
3. Search for Outbound Delivery DEF
4. Select Edit
5. Navigate to Document Flow

You observe Outbound Delivery DEF status as "Not started" in Document Flow.

As Outbound Delivery DEF is not consistent,Hence the Outbound Delivery DEF status is shown as "Not started" in Document Flow.

1. Go to Over-the-Counter Sales Work Center
2. Navigate to Outbound Deliveries View
3. Search for Outbound Delivery DEF
4. Select Edit
5. Select Check Consistency

Error appears, Once you Fix the error and perform check consistency to see Outbound Delivery to be Consistent, In Document Flow status of Outbound Delivery changes from "Not Started" to "Not Released".
