2834551 - Supported Formatting Options in Cloud for Customer

When copying content from other platform and pasting into Cloud for Customer, you get error messages similar to:

• Invalid value "ABC" for attribute style of tag <123> or;
• Tag <456> is not found in the allowed list.

Any formatting not mentioned in the table is not supported and will result in the above mentioned error messages.

When copying the text from certain sources, it can contain formatting. When then pasting it to a formatted text field, then we get the error message.

If the system reads formatted text then this needs to match a format from the list above.

If you paste the text into an area that clears formatting (for example notepad) first and copy it from there into the formatted text field, or, if you type the text directly into the field, then there is no issue.
