2833324 - When copying a new company code, not all G/L accounts are copied

Symptom

When creating a new company code by copying from an existing one, not all G/L accounts were copied to the new company code, the manually created accounts are not copied.

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud

Reproducing the Issue

Copy a new company code from SSCUI 100066.

Cause

It is standard that when a company code is copied, only the G/L accounts delivered by best practice content are created in the new company code.

Resolution

You can decide for the G/L accounts you have created yourself whether they should be assigned to the new company code.

As a workaround you can consider to use the Mass Copy function in Manage G/L Account Master Data app to copy the manually created G/L accounts between company codes.
