2829434 - Applying to a job requisition in RMK is throwing an error - Recruiting

When going to the RMK site and applying to a few job requisitions, it's throwing an error.

errorId=null, timestamp=null, errorMessage=No row with the given identifier exists: [com.successfactors.rcmcommon.bean.site.CandidateSite#12345], where 12345 is a number generated by the system.

1. Go to the RMK site
2. Select a job requisition
3. Click on 'Apply'
4. Receive the error above
   errorId=null, timestamp=null, errorMessage=No row with the given identifier exists: [com.successfactors.rcmcommon.bean.site.CandidateSite#12345]

The cause for this issue is the misconfiguration on the Brand Management in Manage Career Site Builder. The microsite ID configured to the brand you're applying to in Brand Management is doesn't exist in the system.

To solve this issue, you will need to contact an implementation partner or SAP Professional Services to make these corrections.

The microsite id is configured to each brand in Brand Management under Tools in Manage Career Site Builder. The microsite id is related to the RCM microsites that are created in Manage Recruiting Sites in Admin Center. If the microsite id is wrong or non-existing, when applying to a job requisition from RMK when it redirects to the RCM part to apply this redirection won't be possible because the microsite doesn't exist to that instance, and it will throw the error.

Hence, to fix this issue, it will be needed to double check each microsite ID and each microsite ID linked to each brand to see if they are all correct.
