2821501 - Mass Resume Upload Failed - Recruiting Management

When importing a resume document via Mass Upload Resume functionality, the system displays an error message saying the upload failed due to some missing information, even though all required information were provided in the file.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Go to Recruiting, Candidates tab
2. Add Candidate dropdown, Mass Upload Resume
3. Provide the batch name and the Country
4. Upload the file and the error message will show up

If the missing information is indeed available inside the document, it means that the system wasn't able to identify the information and make the connection with the respective field. For example, as in the image above, the system couldn't identify the First and Last Name because they had number characters (E.g.; Cand1date T3st) and due to this, the system wasn't able to understand they were personal names.

It's known the Resume Parsing functionality may not parse the resume as expected, but in case the information isn't following the standard, for example, a name with special and number characters or phone number with a letter, then the system won't be able to identify the information and relate to a field.
