2821049 - No object is available in the Live Universe Query window when creating a model based on a Live Data Connection to Universe in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)

This KBA relates to the legacy version LUC 2.x only. It is heavily recommended to upgrade to LUC 3.x for Full Support and for a much simpler deployment process.

• No object is available in the Live Universe Query window when creating a model based on a Live Data Connection to Universe in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
• Query builder window is empty ( no dimension or measure) for some universes when you try to create a model based on Live Data Connection to Universe

• Chrome Chrom HAR trace:

com.sap.csina.cloud.boe.WebiRestException: Error occurred in BOE: '{error_code=RWS 00056, message=Error while performing the request; server is unable to find the match for the Request-URI (RWS 00056)}'

• BOE SDK trace shows errors:

http://<BIP>:6405/biprws/raylight/v1/universes/null

Error occurred in BOE: '{error_code=RWS 00056, message=Error while performing the request; server is unable to find the match for the Request-URI (RWS 00056)}' 

• SAP Analytics Cloud 2019
• BOE Live Universe Connect (LUC) version 2.1
• Business Objects BI Platform 4.2 SP7 

1. Create a Live Data Connection to Universe
2. Create a model using the Live Connection created in above step, using default BI Administrator credentials
3. Select the Universe, then click OK button
4. Query builder window is empty ( no dimension or measure) 

This issue has been resolved in BOE Live Universe Connect 3.0

Install and deploy BOE Live Universe Connect 3.0.
